  • AI powered analysis of public Instagram content you specify (videos, captions, engagement metrics) via third party data providers
  • Features include:
    • AI chat assistant
    • Performance analytics
    • Data visualization
    • Creative brief / storyboard generation

3. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account Data
    Name, email, authentication identifiers, workspace details, subscription plan, billing status.
  • Usage Data
    Feature usage, timestamps, device and browser metadata, IP address, performance and error logs.
  • Instagram Public Data
    Public profile videos, captions, and engagement metrics from Instagram profiles you choose to analyze (via third party providers).
  • AI Chat Data
    Prompts and responses within the AI chat assistant.
  • Billing Data
    Payment method tokens and transaction metadata handled through our payment processors.
    We do not store full card details.

    • Paid plans (Starter, Creator, Growth, Enterprise): retained for up to 90 days
    • Free plan: chat history is generally not stored
  • Usage / Logs
    Kept for a limited period to support security, diagnostics, and analytics.
  • Aggregated / Anonymized Data
    May be retained for service improvement and analytics. This data does not identify you.

You may request deletion of your Personal Information, subject to legal and contractual limitations. See Section 11 (Your Rights).

9. Data Exports

  • The Service does not provide data export functionality for any Subscription Plan.
  • Where applicable law grants you statutory data portability rights, we will honor those rights to the extent required.
